How do I start?
Use the external book-a-chat flow. After payment and provisioning, log in to the authenticated portal.
What is included in a package?
Packages publish text, audio, video, live-session, validity, response SLA, renewal, and refund terms from the active package version.
Where does checkout happen?
Checkout happens outside the web app. Payment provider and compliance decisions are evaluated before portal access is provisioned.
How are refunds handled?
Refund notes are shown on each package. Final refund handling follows platform policy and authenticated account state.
